Restock Service - Reed Diffuser Refill

PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. YOU MUST HAVE SENT YOUR EMPTY BOTTLES BACK TO US FIRST

When your Daisy Blue reed diffuser refill is finished don't throw away the bottle. Why not send it back to me and I can refill it for you at a reduced cost. If you send me back the bottle, you can restock the refill bottle for £10.99 instead of the original cost of £14.99. This helps us to reduce wastage, i.e. less labels, bottles and bottle tops being purchased and used

Terms:

I can only refill the bottle in the scent that you returned to me (you cannot choose another fragrance)

You return the empty bottles to me at your own cost (use the box and packing peanuts that I used to send it to you initially) and fill in the form that I will put in with your original order

Order on the restock service AFTER your bottles have been returned to me, not before. You do not have to order immediately but within 2 weeks of us receiving your empty bottles is preferred.

I will record all the bottles that are returned to me and then cross reference them with the orders that come in. Obviously you can DM me on Instagram or email me to confirm your return but I will manage the system from my end to ensure none go missing.
